Sometimes things feel off, even when you can’t quite explain why.

Integrative counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR – online across the UK and internationally, and in person in Kent.

I work with adults who are used to holding things together. Some people need space to talk and make sense of things. Others are carrying something more specific – a past experience, a pattern that won’t shift – and EMDR can help with that. If you’re not sure which fits, that’s fine. We can work it out together.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps your brain process experiences that got stuck. Trauma, anxiety, distressing memories that still feel present. If something from the past is affecting how you feel now, EMDR might be worth exploring.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

A calm, thoughtful place to slow down, talk openly, and make sense of what’s going on – whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready to understand yourself better.

Clinical Supervision

Reflective, supportive supervision for counsellors, therapists and allied professionals. Whether you’re a trainee or experienced practitioner, it’s a space to think clearly and work well.

Gareth Taylor, EMDR-trained integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and qualified clinical supervisor, based in Tenterden, Kent

“People make more sense than they often realise – especially when they’re met with patience, honesty and respect.”

— Gareth
