Reflective. Restorative. Growth-focused.
Supervision is the professional heartbeat of our work — a confidential space to explore, reflect, and stay ethically grounded.
Whether you are a trainee counsellor finding your voice or an experienced practitioner refining your practice, supervision offers the time and space to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with your purpose.
I offer clinical supervision both online and in person in Tenterden, Kent. Our work together is collaborative, respectful, and always shaped around your individual needs.
Welcome to Supervision
A calm, confidential space to support your best work — ethically sound, reflective, and human.
My Approach
Supervision with me is built around three core functions:
Grow your practice
A space to explore your practice, develop self-awareness, and strengthen your skills. Together, we reflect on your process, theory, and personal growth as a practitioner.
Safe and ethical
We hold structure and reflection so your work aligns with professional standards and membership requirements.
Look after the therapist
Therapeutic work can be demanding. Supervision offers a place to breathe, process, and protect your wellbeing so you can give your best to others.
My Integrative Model
Integrative and relational, blending influences with a clear, reflective frame.
- Person-Centred: authenticity, empathy, and genuine connection.
- CBT & TA: structure, reflection, and awareness of process.
- Psychodynamic: understanding transference, countertransference, and the unconscious.
I draw from supervision frameworks such as Hawkins & Shohet’s 7-Eyed Model and Page & Wosket’s Cyclical Model to create a flexible space that supports both professional and personal development.
